1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

2. PAYMENT & BOOKING TERMS

2.1 All coaching programs ($5,000) and speaking engagements ($20,000+) require full payment upfront.

2.2 Speaking engagement fees do not include travel, accommodation, or additional expenses.

2.3 Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2.4 All prices are in USD.

 

3. NO-REFUND POLICY

3.1 Due to the high-value nature of our services and limited availability, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

3.2 Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

4. RESCHEDULING

4.1 Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with minimum 72-hour notice.

4.2 Speaking engagements require 30-day notice for any schedule changes.

4.3 Maximum one reschedule per booking.

4.4 Schedule changes are subject to availability.

 

5. CANCELLATION

5.1 All bookings are final.

5.2 No refunds for missed sessions or cancellations.

5.3 Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Session recordings and materials are for personal use only.

6.2 No redistribution of content without written permission.

6.3 Speaking engagement recordings must be pre-approved.

 

7. AGREEMENT By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
