TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to my website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using my services. By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use my services.
1. MY SERVICES
I offer coaching programs and speaking engagements. My coaching programs are priced at $5,000, and my speaking engagements start at $20,000. All prices are in USD.
2. PAYMENT AND BOOKING
I require full payment upfront for all my services. Your booking is only confirmed once I receive full payment. For speaking engagements, please note that my fee does not include travel, accommodation, or additional expenses.
3. NO-REFUND POLICY
Due to the high-value nature of my services and limited availability, I maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once your payment is processed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. RESCHEDULING
For coaching sessions, you may reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Speaking engagements require 30 days' notice for any schedule changes. I allow a maximum of one reschedule per booking, subject to my availability.
5. CANCELLATION
All bookings are final. I do not offer refunds for missed sessions or cancellations. In the case of force majeure events, I will handle these on a case-by-case basis.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any recordings of our sessions or materials I provide are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute this content without my written permission. For speaking engagements, any recordings must be pre-approved by me.
7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking my services. If you create an account on my website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of my services or website.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. I will always post the most current version on my website. Your continued use of my services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
